Every FineProxy address uses IPv4. Datacenter, dedicated, and ISP proxies remain static for the plan term; rotating proxies change with each request. Static plans include unmetered traffic. The highlighted option matches this page’s primary use case: Package datacenter.

FineProxy runs a native MCP server: paste one URL into your agent and it gets 49 cabinet tools — buying, renewals, IP rotation, allowlists, usage analytics, invoices, and support. The same operations are available through a REST API if you would rather write the calls yourself.

Then just say

  • Buy 100 datacenter IPs in Russia and allowlist 203.0.113.7
  • Show today's success rate for my Russian proxy traffic
  • Renew every service expiring this week, under $200
  • Rotate my IPs when the next refresh is free

Spend your money

Six tools touch the balance and all six need wallet:spend. Leave it off the key and the agent can run everything else.

Pay more than quoted

Every purchase carries expected_total_cents from the quote. A cent of drift and the call is rejected, with nothing charged.

Cancel on a whim

The two irreversible tools refuse to run without confirm=true. Termination cannot happen as a side effect.

Charge you twice

Money calls take an idempotency_key. A retry after a timeout settles the same charge, not a second one.

FineProxy sustained up to 500 Mbps in our standard remote-server tests. In scraping workloads, the target site’s rate limit—not the proxy—was usually the ceiling.

Test method: 1,973,500 connection attempts plus concurrency runs of up to 96 threads through one proxy IP.

Test notes

Actual throughput depends on the route, destination, network conditions, and the configuration and performance of the user’s equipment. A laptop on a 500 Mbps home internet connection reached approximately 468 Mbps in practice, while remote servers reached up to 500 Mbps in standard tests. In exceptional tests from properly configured high-performance servers in Europe and the US, throughput reached up to 700 Mbps; this is not a typical per-session result.

Speed under load

Previously, I used a different service. But thanks to colleagues’ tips, I found this service. Speed and unlimited traffic are impressive (in comparison with other services). I use six months, while problems did not arise. Customer support is always available. Even the control panel pleased me. I will recommend to the rest of my acquaintances. Thank you!

How do I scrape Wildberries without getting banned every 50 requests?WB blacklists cloud

WB blacklists cloud ASNs on sight — if your IP is from AWS, Hetzner, or GCloud, it’s over before it starts. FineProxy’s datacenter runs on its own AS, so it’s not in that list. Beyond IP: limit to 30-40 requests per minute, rotate User-Agent every session, pass cookies between requests, keep Accept-Language: ru-RU. WB checks JavaScript execution, so Playwright with stealth plugin works better than raw HTTP for product pages. For catalog-level scraping — search results, category listings — HTTP with proper headers still holds up if you pace it.

Ozon keeps throwing CAPTCHAs. Should I use datacenter or ISP proxies?Ozon’s Cloudflare is

Ozon’s Cloudflare is tighter than WB. Datacenter works for public API endpoints and category feeds, but product pages trigger CAPTCHA fast. ISP proxies last longer — Ozon treats ISP-registered IPs more leniently because they look like regular broadband. If you’re pulling thousands of products daily, mix both: ISP for product cards with sticky sessions, datacenter for everything else.

Why is Avito so much harder to scrape than Wildberries or Ozon?Avito fingerprints your

Avito fingerprints your TLS handshake (JA3/JA4 hash), canvas, WebGL renderer, fonts, and timezone. Rotating IP changes nothing if the fingerprint stays identical. Playwright with Firefox (not Chromium) gives better fingerprint diversity out of the box. Pace at 10-15 seconds between listings. Watch for silent shadowbans: responses still come back, but data is stale or incomplete. If prices across listings seem frozen, your session is flagged.

Yandex blocks me after just a few searches. What am I doing wrong?SmartCAPTCHA is behavioral

SmartCAPTCHA is behavioral — checks screen resolution, language, timezone, mouse movement, scroll patterns, all before showing the challenge. Minimum setup: UTC+3, Accept-Language: ru-RU, real screen dimensions, simulated mouse movement. Use undetected-chromedriver or Playwright stealth. Even then, Yandex Search caps out at 5-10 queries per minute per IP. Yandex Maps and 2GIS internal APIs are less aggressive.

Auto.ru shows 404 for listings I know exist. Is my proxy the problem? It’s a silent

It’s a silent block. Both Auto.ru and Drom.ru serve 404 for suspected automated requests instead of a CAPTCHA. Your scraper logs “listing not found” when the listing is live. Verify by opening the same URL in a browser. Auto.ru (Yandex-owned) uses SmartCAPTCHA logic. Drom.ru is simpler — correct headers, Russian IP, 3-5 second delays between requests usually works. On both: rotate IP on bans, not on every request.

Do I need proxies for smaller Russian sites too?Depends on volume

Depends on volume. HeadHunter (hh.ru) rate-limits after ~100 requests. CIAN blocks foreign IPs entirely and rate-limits domestic. DNS-Shop, M.Video, Eldorado have lighter protection — datacenter at moderate speed works fine. Regional classifieds (Farpost, IRR, Youla) mostly just need a Russian IP for correct local listings. Government registries (EGRUL, Rosreestr) are rate-limited but don’t run sophisticated bot detection — slow and steady gets through.

Does it matter which Russian region my proxy is from?Yes

For some targets — yes. WB and Ozon adjust delivery times, stock, and sometimes prices by detected region. CIAN is fully regional — Moscow listings don’t appear on a Krasnodar query. FineProxy’s Russian IPs are country-level, no city selection, most geolocate to Moscow. That covers the majority of tasks. For Siberian or Far East data, pass region parameters in the request itself.

What types of Russian proxies does FineProxy offer?Datacenter IPv4 —

Datacenter IPv4 — own ASN, not cloud-hosted, flat rate per IP, unmetered bandwidth. Not pre-blacklisted like AWS or Hetzner. ISP IPv4 — registered to Russian consumer ISPs (Rostelecom, Beeline, MTS), for targets checking connection type. Rotating with RU in the pool — new IP per request. Country-level. HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5.

Guide

Why Russian Sites Kill Cloud IPs — and What Actually Works for Scraping

2 min readFineProxy network team

Russian websites don’t use Western anti-bot the way .com or .de sites do. The big difference: Russian marketplaces and classifieds maintain blacklists not just of “datacenter IPs” generically, but of specific cloud provider ASNs — AWS, Google Cloud, Hetzner, DigitalOcean. Your IP doesn’t even need to behave suspiciously. If it belongs to a known cloud AS, the connection gets dropped before the page loads.

FineProxy’s RU proxy server IPs are datacenter but registered to FineProxy’s own AS — not a cloud hosting company. That distinction matters on Wildberries, Ozon, Avito, and dozens of smaller Russian targets. The IP isn’t in a pre-compiled blacklist on day one.

Russia runs its own internet ecosystem. Yandex instead of Google, VK instead of Facebook, Wildberries and Ozon instead of Amazon, Avito instead of Craigslist, CIAN instead of Zillow, Drom instead of AutoTrader. Each has its own anti-bot stack, and they don’t license the same Western solutions — Yandex built SmartCAPTCHA in-house, Avito runs proprietary TLS fingerprinting. Knowing how Cloudflare works won’t fully prepare you for scraping here.

The universal minimum for any Russian target: Moscow timezone (UTC+3), Accept-Language: ru-RU, a consistent browser fingerprint, and a Russian IP. Drop any one of those four, and your request volume before a block shrinks dramatically. Most Russian anti-bot checks all four together — a mismatch between, say, a Russian IP and an English-language header is itself a signal.

Beyond the top five (WB, Ozon, Avito, Yandex, Auto.ru), there’s a long tail. HeadHunter for jobs, 2GIS for business directories, DNS-Shop and M.Video for electronics, Farpost and IRR for regional classifieds, government registries like EGRUL. Protection ranges from aggressive to almost nonexistent, but nearly all require a Russian IP to return correct data. If you buy Russian proxy access from FineProxy, you get datacenter and ISP options — datacenter for volume on lighter targets, ISP (Rostelecom, Beeline, MTS) for sites that check connection type. Every IP is a Russian anonymous proxy: no forwarding headers, individual SSL cert, HTTP/HTTPS and SOCKS5.

One limitation: proxy Russia IPs from FineProxy are country-level. No city or region targeting. Most geolocate to Moscow. Russia spans 11 time zones, and some sites — especially Ozon, WB, CIAN — serve different prices, stock, and delivery options by region. If you need that granularity, pass region parameters in the request body rather than relying on IP.
