Ciphertext

Ciphertext is an unintelligible form of encrypted data, or encrypted text, which cannot be understood without a decryption key. Ciphertext is a form of written or typed data that is the result of encryption or cryptographic algorithms and protocols. Ciphertext is also known as encrypted data or encrypted text.

Ciphertext can be used to protect sensitive information from being read by unauthorized individuals or organizations, and can be used to send information securely over a network.
